Dyad v0.15.0 upgrades Smart Context for Pro users, delivering significantly better file selection and AI responses. This release also enhances Fix Problems, improves the AI system prompt to be less lazy, and includes quality-of-life improvements requested by the community!

Smart Context v2

Dyad Pro members now have access to an upgraded Smart Context that's significantly better at finding all the relevant files for your conversation.

Smart Context v2 uses a dual-AI approach: a specialized file ranking model identifies the most relevant files, which then gets combined with the original Smart Context model to ensure nothing important gets missed. This results in more accurate file selection and better AI responses.

Pro members: Smart Context v2 is now active across all versions of Dyad - no action needed on your part.

Improvements

• Added code snippets to help the AI fix the right problem more accurately with Fix Problems
• Improved AI system prompt to be less lazy (so you can do "keep going" less!)
• Added AI instructions to follow security best practices for Supabase
• Fixed issue where Next.js images weren't being shown inside Dyad's preview
• Control/cmd + R now refreshes the preview rather than breaking Dyad UI (much more intuitive UX)
• Automatically fetch Vercel deployments
• Show the correct date for Vercel deployments
• Automatically sync GitHub project after connecting to a GitHub project (one less button click!)
• Added vercel.json to default React/Vite template so multi-page site URLs work intuitively
• Include .gitignore in codebase context so the AI can edit it if needed
• Exclude .next folder to avoid bloating context window in edge cases
• Max versions shown in the UI has been bumped from 10,000 to 100,000
